Sequenced navy blue dress!

Brand new! Sequenced (hard to come by) navy blue dress for an evening wedding or holiday event! V shape scoop back. Tried to get the navy color with the lighting the best I could. Tag says size Large but I wear a 6 and it’s a little tight on me.
