Sequence mermaid dress

Brand New never been used or worn . Size Small . Super long . Fits more like size 2 then 6 . I’m only 5 ft . This fits more for people size 0-2 and 5’7” or taller . From hip to feet is 40” in . I think 32A or 32B would fit . The dress measured 25”in On waist line , try my best to give you the measurements. . Gorgeous dress , beautiful halter neckline. I really wish it would fit . Paid $400
