Seperates by New York City Design 2pc blouse/cardigan set

In excellent condition!! Color is a burnt red orange color. 2pc set. Tank top with a sheer cardigan that ties at the front. Sleeves on the cardigan are long sleeves that have a slanted bell style. Sleeves are also sheer. Cardigan is attached to the tank by a string loop on top. Can easily be cut. Cardigan and top both have very small delicate beads that make its look sophisticated.
