francescahar838 @lendermangeneva hi there! I wouldn't use this immediately before applying LipSense but the night before or whenever you feel your lips have a lot of dried skin or product build up over time.

francescahar838 @hile0423 hi I'm so sorry for the delay in response I did not see a notification for your comment. The answer to your question is yes 🥰 you apply it over your lips and rub it in either like lip stick or with your finger and then rinse/ wipe it off
