Sen Collective Blue Ruched Dress

This is a treasured favorite of mine. Gorgeous in the office or out with friends. The top portion (above the waist band) is a looser fit, and the remainder of the midi dress (hits knee or a bit past depending on how you’re wearing it) is tight. The tag describes this as an XS but it fits as a S. I wear a size 4/6 in dresses.
