Semi-formal blue dress

Worn only one night a year ago. Long, dark dress that reaches down to feet. The top half shimmers lightly and is extremely soft, the bottom half is almost silky with a sheer first layer and a navy opaque under layer. Extremely breathable and very comfortable.
