Semi-Formal Cream Dress

Like new condition! The outside of the dress is perfect. The ribbon's only problem is a piece of string that can be cut off. The inside has a small stain. Both flaws can be seen in the pictures. The top of it has an elastic and sewn in to help with fit and keeping the dress from falling down (it came that way)
