Semi casual strapless cocktail dress. NEVER WORN!

I lost 45lbs. so I never even tried it on fyi! Its navy blue with shiny silver colored uniform type logo button detail. Its not true to size fyi, Its more like a size M/L ladies. Not so much a standard XL. Zipper closure on back & center cut/opening, front - bottom.
