Semi Formal Summer Dress

Semi formal summer dress, size small. Originally purchased from Nordstroms. Dress is 100% rayon and is very soft. Composed of an inner blue lining and patterned flowy outer lining. Dress has a high neckline with a fairly open back and is loose on the sides of the chest (it's a cool cut). Worn a few times, in good condition. Perfect for a semiformal spring or summer event or to wear out just as a sundress in the summer or spring.
