@wildangel137 the length is 40 inches the waist is 24 inches (actual/not flat). According to the tag 100% lace (outer) linning 67% rayon 33% nylon. There is no stretch to this material. It also has small shoulder pads, that you can remove if you want, but that would actually take away from the look of the dress, it is also dry clean only
