lgreykramer would you mind measuring the waist seam and the length from waist to top of shoulder please? (sorry im tall and that length is sometimes an issue)

tallulahbells @lgreykramer hi, this is an empire (high waist) from the top of the shoulder to the empire waist is 13” with the sleeve unstretched - it stretches to over 16”. From the top of zipper in back to waist is about 6”. From waist to the bottom of ruffle is about 41”. I’m a 36C bust and the top fits fine. Let me know if you have any other questions!
