Selling this really gorgeous dress. It's stunning and super versatile - can be layered under or over sweaters/tops, unlike many Selkie pieces. I would 100% keep her but she's not quite the right size and I don't see myself getting it altered. Pet free smoke free home.

anikag85 @cierralk Hi!! Thanks -- I somehow totally spaced the first comment! The waist is elasticized. It stretches to 20" flat, so roughly 40" waist. The top is open in true pinafore style. I added a pic of it on me and another of it on a model from the Selkie site so you can get a sense of what I mean.
