Selkie Head in the Clouds Parliament 3X EUC

Selkie Head in the Clouds Parliament dress size 3X EUC. I *think* this is OSC so it fits like a 2X on the new size chart! I got this dress from another person in a Selkie Resale group. I love it and it’s beautiful but just doesn’t fit my bust :( The skirt is super fun and flattering!
