Self-Portrait Stripe Ruffle Cotton Dress | Blue & White | Size 4

The cutest summer dress I swear!! A woven cotton dress with blue & white stripes, ruffled sleeves and bottom, buttons up the front of the dress, deep v-neck, open back with tie, partially lined (no bra necessary, woohoo!!), flounce hem. I’m 5’7” and the length is perfectly at my ankles. So comfy & in perfect condition — and just dry cleaned! I am so sad this dress no longer fits me. It deserves to go to the best home!
