Self Portrait Dress- Size 4

So, so sad about this one! Self Portrait dress, size 4 (UK 8), light blue with black accents. Bow on shoulders, deep side slit, sheer middle with lace overlay, a little bit above knee length. It has a bit of sparkle in the threading as well (not pictured well in the fabric photo). Bought this for my friend's wedding, only to discover the top is too big on me and I cannot adjust it (I'm a B cup).
