davezappa444 it's a decent Seiko watching but it needs a battery and thats 15$ and driving to the store and operating up the watch negates the gasket and water resistance so to do it right and get a new gasket one would have to send it to Seiko and it ain't free and the bracelet is scuffed up pretty well and I would have to polish it and then it would be a sweet watch. I think $40 is fair and I have over 60 watchs and I know the value of a watch pretty well. thanks for your time and help 🙂
