Seed bead 17” blue w/stationary brown pendant necklace

This was sold as natural stone but I am not sure. Kept in a clean smoke free home. It has the tiniest blue seeds,midway down there is brown and darker blue, and next to the pendant red and white. Gives me an Indian vibe. The pendant reminds me of a carving of a person out of stone and that’s what it may be-pendant is 1” X 4/8”. Necklace is 17”
