SeeByChloe cropped pants altered

These are high waisted cropped black slacks. They have full legs. I altered the flat front to include pleats and more bellowing legs. I did this by using a faux leather sheer filigree down each leg pleated into the bottom base hem and waistband. Flat measurements: waist 14.5, hips 21-26, rise 16.5, inseam 24.5, outter leg 38.5 highg waisted, zips to right below ribs. Size 5 is not an option. It will fit 4-6
