All my clothes are cleaned and stored to the best ability but I have an indoor dog, and my roommate has two, so PLEASE I am SORRY if you receive an item with puppy hairs but don't give a negative review the product itself is still perfectly fine. @lovveirene @ootdperfect thanks ladies yeah I am a little bummed that my ratings were affected by it I always take into count that the clothes may need a wash (which is what I do anyways)

It kind of makes sense though.. Especially for some, like me, who are highly allergic to pets and cats, in example their dander and hair.

@wolf_babies Im not sure about anyone else but the first thing I do when I receive my item is wash it... If a person is that highly allergic to animal fur then that is something they need to consider when purchasing clothes off a repurposed app. Nevertheless, I don't deserve a negative rating because of it.

@wolf_babies If any buyer asked me to wash and rewash because of an allergy I would have been more than happy to, but in this situation that wasn't the case. I believe I received an unfair rating & that's more what this is about.

I just feel like if you a person is HIGHLY ALLERGIC to pet hair then they should ask before purchasing. Perhaps I'm just biased though bc I have a dog too πΆβ€

@fashionlover189 i was just sad to get a bad rating on it π’ but this is posted now so if I have a buyer who has allergies they can see I have a dog and let me know so I can make sure the item wont hurt them

I had the same thing happen to me, and Posh approved them to return it, therefore now I have an "IND" on my stats!! :( all because of a couple puppy hairs⦠such a bummer.

I wash and dry if possible after someone purchases unless its nwt then i seal that item. We have dogs and cats and the roomie smokes. I got a 3 star on a nwt shoes. Cant figure that one out.
Remember you cant please everyone. Try your best to deliver what was advertised. Your buyers cant see your ratings. Dont worry about it. Happy Poshing.

@hsmith0614 I am sorry that they returned it. The girl who purchased also kinda threatened "I could have easily gotten a refund, but the jacket itself is fine and I love it" so the whole rating I feel was unnecessary /: but whats done is done and now I just want to let buyers know of the animals (:

@kimpitt well this girl first said that they didn't fit, then she said something about the hair so I think she used that as an excuse to be able to return them! But oh well, what's done is done... we just do the best we can as dog lovers π

Exactly I had two people give me a bad rating for ship time and then state they needed the item before a certain day. Like why don't you let me know once you made the purchase like I am a full time nursing student and I have a job? Gets me so frustrated how people are and still want to give a bad review when clearly it's their fault! π

I've had the same problem before, where I've received negative ratings because someone found a dog hair on the bottom of a pair of jeans.. I always wash the clothes before I sell them but it's nearly impossible to avoid getting a little tiny bit of hair on the clothing item when you have a furry friend at home!
