Secrets 80’s does 40’s belted dress ruffled v-neck teal floral small

This beautiful vintage dress with long fitted trumpet skirt and plunging v neck with ruffle and fabric belt is in excellent vintage condition. It is from designer SECRETS, and I absolutely love the 80’s does 40’s style in this teal floral print. With so many great details like the sleeves, the side zip, and the amazing flower like skirt that just begs to be spun in this is a perfect part dress. One of the belt loops has broken, but the two side loops are still intact and the belt, while you can see some wear, is still wearable. Measurements it to pit 17 inches waist 12 inches, hips 18 inches, 22 inches above skirt flair sleeve opening 5.5 inches
