This pretty dress is a yellow tulip on a cream background actually there’s some other yellow flowers here as well. This is a sheer chiffon fabric. It is ruffled through the straps and down the deep B front. A full skirt with three layers of mini ruffles at the hem. This is an open back with an adjustable tie and adjustable spaghetti straps. In excellent condition.
