Seatbelt Checkered Purse- 684 $30 or $25 w/offer

This seatbelt checkered purse is so fun. It has green seatbelt like straps inner woven into a checkered pattern. The purse is fully lined with a black and white checkered fabric. It has a butterfly zipper pull. The purse may be a Harvey’s purse but it has no brand tag. It is in like new condition. Note: I have it style tagged with Harvey’s because it looks like those purses and appears to be made of the same quality. The purse has no brand listed but might be a Harvey’s purse. Green is apparently a very rare color to find in these kind of purses. I will not take less then $25.
