String tie halter straps, bow front with small key hole, 13" zippered back, string tie waistband, pleated full length skirt. Marked size 14 - would fit small in my opinion. Lay Flat measurements: pit to pit: 14" waist: 12" hips: 20" top to bottom: 51"
