willow_lane @rkuhl11 So I wear a DD in Victoria secret Bras. And I measure 38.5 inches around the bust. The size medium swim top was just slightly too small for me(not enough coverage) I would need a large. Does this help. So i would say yes they are true to size. Take your measurement and see where you fall on the size chart.
