Seafoam and black dress

Forever 21 dress. Top is a beautiful seafoam color. With buttons up the front and flower cutout pattern over sheer fabric. The "skirt" part of the dress is very stretchy. Hidden zipper along side. In great used condition. Laying flat measures 13" at waist, 14" shoulder to shoulder, 32" shoulder to hem, 17" waist to hem.
