Seafoam Green Spaghetti Strap Evening Gown with Shawl

The color of the dress is a greenish blue. The third photo better shows the color, so please be aware of that. The sizing on the tag reads 16 but it doesn’t seem accurate. I think it’s closer to a US women’s 8, but I included some measurements in the photos. It comes with a same colored bolt of styled fabric that can be used as a shawl Please note some staining on the bottom. The price has been reduced to reflect this.
