Sea green sleeveless halter neck scalloped chiffon shift dress

Cute mini dress that’s great for summer and wedding guest attire. It has a high neckline with halter straps that buttons in the back at the top. There’s a small cutout in the back underneath the button. Comes down about mid-thigh. There are a few small stains, one on the back and one on the front (pictures 5 & 6). Not very noticeable. There’s a slip inside making the dress very comfortable. Not too form fitting and a little flowy.
