This stunning necklace consists of 38 total pieces of cobalt blue, seafoam and white North Shore, Massachusetts sea glass, Swarovski crystals, deep blue freshwater potato pearls, and peridot freshwater pearls. The focal point for the necklace is a 53mm Karen Hill Tribe Sterling Silver Starfish - purchased directly from the tribe located in Thailand. The necklace measures 18 inches but can be adjusted to let the remaining hang in the back finished by a Swarovski drop.

berniebear128 @marlajk why would you decide to retire from design, if I'm not being too personal? I don't enjoy having to make jewelry for a deadline but I could never stop creating. Funny I make so much for everyone else but buy my own.

marlajk @berniebear128 omg not too personal at all 😊 for over 10 years I was very dedicated to it... loved the therapeutic nature of cultivating and creating... doing shows... but as my younger daughter got older and involved in club athletics and I got back into working full-time my spare time was limited. I think I also had a bit of burn out as well. So I tucked all my unsold inventory away... until recently 😊. I do miss it from time-to-time... and still find myself scouring beaches for treasures 😉
