GREAT CONDITION- Worn Once Sea Women's Steph Cotton Flutter Sleeve Tunic Dress is a casual, mini-length dress with a high neck and short sleeves. It is made with lightweight, non-stretch poplin fabric and features a ruffle hem, tiered ruched elastic, and on-seam hip pockets. The dress also has a mock neckline, flutter sleeves, and a hidden zip and hook-and-eye closure at the back. Because it’s stretchy it can fit size 6-10! I was a 10 when I bought and a 6 now and it still looks fab!
