The most incredible top by Sea in collaboration with Paloma Vintage. Features giant cream colored ruffled puffed sleeves with contrast crochet trim and a flattering slightly A-line body. Square neckline. Made from non-stretch crisp poplin. 100 percent cotton. This is new without tags, has never actually been worn, but it has been tried on a couple of times. Size XS. Approx 17.5” pit to pit flat and 19” long. So chic!
