Scrapbook Clothing Floral Skirt

Flora skirt by Scrapbook Clothing! Lace trim throughout body and the front of the waistband. Back waistband is gathered. Never been worn, new without tags attached! The color is a washed/ tie dye-ish tab with purple, blue, and green floral print. No size tag, though I'm sure it's an extra small.
