What type defect ?

@msmerryweather In the first photo, at the bottom right, there's a yellowish area. I think it's an adhesive. It's not visible at all when the bag is in use (it is on the inside of the bag). It's only visible when it's packed in its "packable" position.

Would you say the material when it is a full backpack is waterproof or water resistant?
