Scottish terrier Art piece

Unusual scottish terrier art piece. I just thought it was kind of cool. Can hold many Things. Tried to show in a couple pictures. It is metal and plastic. But the plastic head apron and shoes are very durable. Bow tie around the neck is material. Don't know anything else about it.
