This dress is new with tags attached Made by Scott McClintock Women's size 10 Vintage 19080's with tags attached. This dress is white but the pictures appear off white. This dress is off the shoulder and has a lace overlay The cap sleeves are lace and there is lace in the front going into a v to the natural waist. The front lace has pearl look beads sewn on. The top of the dress has boning for support. It zips up the back. this dress has a long length with a beautiful lace hem and no train. This dress is fully lined and is made of polyester and rayon.
