Scott Taylor polka dot open front jacket 16

Made in USA of imported fabric, cotton with 3% spandex, I can’t decide if this is black or dark brown with cream dots, I put it with black pants and think it is brown, look at pics and you decide, fully lined, long sleeves with roll cuffs, Scott Taylor, size 16, measured flat app: pits 22”, shoulder to hem 25”, good condition (T-85)
