Scotch and Soda mini shirt dress

Maison Scotch and Soda mini shirt dress. The dress has two layers- a sheer fabric with a textural black pattern with gold accents over a sheer black layer. The sleeves are sheer black with striped sport accents. This was purchased at a boutique in Montreal. The care tag has been removed, but I would guess the sheer material is silk but it could be polyester. Size of this dress is a “petite” which correlates to a 0-2, though it could fit up to a size 4 or even a small size 6. Measurements: Chest: 18” flat across Length: 32” top to bottom
