Scotch & Soda Pussy Bow Sheer button down blouse

Beautiful Scotch & Soda navy colored sheer pussy tie blouse with silver metallic detail throughout. This button down blouse works great under a blazer with a camisole. It is also cute on its own with jeans even without the tie. Ruffle details on collar and sleeves. Great condition, please note that imperfections are part of the design of this piece. I do see that there is sort of a slight line on the back left shoulder. I’m not sure if this is just a crease or snag (see last picture).
