Scoop Tie Neck Denim Dress NWT

Brand new, length of dress from shoulder seam to hem is 36.5”, length of sleeves is 26”. It says size 4-6 but it’s closer to a 4 the brand runs small. 100% cotton . Sorry it’s so wrinkled, it was being stored in a bag folded up.
