Scoop NYC Clutch or crossbody bag

Blue straw clutch with brown braided and fringe details. Brand new, has never been used! Since the bag is made out of straw there are some loose strands (see last picture). It has nothing to do with use just how it is since it’s a straw bag. It does have a thin strap that you can wear crossbody. Inside is lined and has buttons closure. Very cute with any summer outfit.
