I have never had an android before, I’ve only ever had iPhones and not sure if I just don’t know what I’m doing or what because sometimes I can get it to turn on and sometimes not. When I could get it to turn on, it worked fine. I can not guaranteed this phone will turn on. It did the last time I tried. If it won’t turn on, maybe you can get it fixed so that it will.
