Included is a plug in Scentsy wax warmer. To me it is a sage like green with some tan/brown accents. I could not see any chips but dish does seem to have have lite scuffs/scratches. This measures about 5 1/2" tall. The Model number is 1100-DSW-BEAU. I have plugged it in and it does turn on. This item is not BUNDABLE, WILL NOT BUNDLE
