Scarlett Evening Dress

This is a lovely dress, so unique! The straps are rhinestone bands. A sheer capelet covers the knit bodice. The skirt is sheath, and tucked all the way to the hem. Side zip. On the left side sparkly straps on the shoulder and arm. On the right : sparkly straps on shoulder ( missing one small stone, not noticable) arm and wrist. Size 12 measures 42 at chest, 32 at waist, 40 at hips. 40 long from shoulder to hem. This is a beauty.
