Scarlett Designer Vintage Lace Dress, Ivory, size 9/10

Scarlett Designer Vintage Lace Dress Ivory Lace Inner shell is separate from lace outer, which is slightly stretchy. Zig-zag hem. Tag in dress says size 9/10, but runs smaller due to vintage status; I wore this dress back in 1990-1992 and the size 9/10 that I wore back then is NOT the same size 9/10 that I wear today, (I currently wear wither a 10 or a 12).
