Scammer? What do you think?

Ordered this bra on May 31st. I asked a couple days later when it would be shipped, she said "tonight" but it wasn't shipped until June 8th. I received it June 13th, but found the item wasn't at all how she described it. She said it was dark purple and lilac, but in my photo, you can see that it's black and grey. In her photo, there is a tag, but there's no tag and it looks worn. She hasn't responded to me, and today I just realized she blocked me. Is she a scammer or is she just embarrassed?
