Scalloped edge mini skirt with side zipper

I have been holding on to this skirt because of the unique scalloped slits, but it’s just too small for this new mama. Zipper is nice and sturdy Double lined Faux back pockets Skirt from waist to hem measures a little over 14.5” The mannequin is 30” where the top of the skirt is sitting. New without tags Mannequin measurements: Bust: 34.5” Waist: 29” Hips: 39.5”
