Scalloped Skater Skirt

I bought this skirt from Deb’s to go with a neon 90’s look and wore it once! It’s a large and extremely comfortable! The material is very soft and elastic. It looks super cute on and I got lots of compliments! It’s a neon pink, but looks almost red, would go great with any retro outfit or even if you just like bright colors!
