Scale Tail TMNT Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Complete with File Card

Scale Tail wasn't really in the mix when Shredder sent his minions to get the guys. He was a bit clunky to play with and I just displayed him. So he's like new, complete worth his accessories and a File card, which shows minor signs of the basement.
