Saylor off shoulder tassel dress

Off the shoulder multicolor striped dress. Perfect for vacation or just a warm day to hang out. Worn once, great condition but a small snag in the back. I’m 5ft3in for length reference. Buy it soon or ill end up keeping it for myself! So cute :)
