Saylor Puff Sleeve Tweed Dress - No Size Tag!

This cute dress from Saylor is in great preloved condition but it is missing the size tag. It seems to fall in line with a small…maybe an XS I have included a size chart and I am lining it up by the bust as it looks like the style of this dress has the waist a little larger. Please see measurements below and if you need any others please ask - Posh doesn’t allow returns for fit. This dress is either a sample piece or very rare as I can’t find anything like it online. Material/care tag is also missing Light blue and white tweed with a hint of a sparkly thread woven in. Color may differ slightly from photos - The dress has gold embroidery around the neck and pockets It also has tiny white fringe along the hem, at the end of the sleeves, and along the back near the top Pockets are somewhat faux - they are actual pockets but the pearl-like buttons are sewn in so the pockets do not open. Zips in the front…doesn’t zip all the way down. Puff sleeves It is lined Laying flat armpit to armpit measures approximately 17 1/2” Waist is approximately 16 1/2” side to side Center back length is approximately 32” There are no holes or stains and this dress is from a smoke free home.
