Say What? Black Fitted Sweater

Black sweater in good condition with v-neck and puff sleeves by Say What?. The top half chest portion is a smooth knit. The waist is a ribbed knit for a close fit. It had a thin ribbon belt, but I no longer have it. The belt loops are still there if you want to put a black ribbon around it. The belt sits at the top of the ribbed knit portion of the sweater. Size is Large. Fabric: 56% Cotton/ 24% Rayon Flat Measurements: Armpit to armpit: 15 inches Shoulder to waist: 23 inches
